Important: If you subscribe to any Clarity plan or service, your relationship is governed by our Subscription Agreement, which supersedes any inconsistent terms.

This website provides general information about Clarity, our products, services, pricing, and resources.
It may also allow you to:

  • book consultations

  • complete quizzes or assessments

  • sign up for newsletters or marketing

  • access login portals connected to your account

Website use does not create a client relationship.
A customer relationship only forms when you accept our Subscription Agreement.

If you use this website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

This does not affect your subscription. Subscription termination is governed exclusively by the Subscription Agreement.

  • applicable federal laws of Canada

regardless of where you access the website from.
